Be in the center of it all at Pied-à-Mère

The apartment is a five minute walk from the Nice-Ville train station and from the tram line that runs through the center of town. 

Old town Nice and the beaches are just a 15-minute stroll away.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need from champagne glasses to beach towels.

This charming two-bedroom flat is located in a secure building within a friendly, walkable neighborhood. Upon arrival, guests will be warmly welcomed and provided with keys for their stay.

Step into a spacious and elegant living room, where floor-to-ceiling French windows fill the space with light and offer a picturesque view of the charming buildings across. The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance, utensil, and piece of tableware you might need—perfect for both quick breakfasts and gourmet dinners.

A generous dressing area with full mirrors and a seated vanity leads to a modern bathroom featuring double sinks, a large shower and a private enclosed toilet. Both bedrooms are furnished with European double beds (similar in size to an American Queen) and large French windows, inviting in fresh air and natural light.

For your comfort, the flat includes Air-conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, streaming TV channels, a Nespresso coffee maker, and an in-unit washing machine—everything you need to feel at home.

What is your rental process?

We rent Pied-à-Mère to friends and family, and other vetted guests. This is not a public rental or an Airbnb.

The apartment is rented in one week blocks only. 

In summer season (June – October)

$1,500 per week

In the “off” season

$1,350 per week

We are open to longer term rentals on a case by case basis.

We have a cleaning fee of $175

We do not block dates until the deposit has been paid.

To book Pied-a-Mere we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This is refundable until 30 days prior to arrival. At 30 days prior we charge the remaining 50% plus the cleaning fee of $175.
